What Customers Say About We Ski:

This was highly recommended and pricey so we bought it.then we realized the entire way to play this game is you have to talk to people and go on wild goose chases rather than actually ski. I'm bored with it already after 2 nights of play. Not a long lasting game, sadly.
We got this game for our kids at Christmas, it entertains them for hours, we have to make them get off and do other things. They enjoy the freestyle mode where players are able to explore the ski resort and engage in conversation with the characters at the resort as well as play games.
There was no advantage to using the board. My kids loved this game. The only thing they didn't like was when playing with two people, if one stops to talk to someone, the other's gameplay stops too, even if they were in the middle of something. I bought it for the balance board, but you don't need the board to play this. They learned to play it without the board, because it hadn't arrived yet, and when the board did arrive, I think they thought it easier to play without it. Then they both have to do what the person asked of the one. If you don't stop to talk, then the game plays with each doing their own thing.
It's just not really all that fun. My family is usually all over group Wii games, but this one totally failed in keeping their attention (even with all the free time that comes with Christmas Break).
If you are even remotely interested in skiing, then this is the game for you. My kids play it a LOT, and can't wait to go real skiing soon. Yay.
